Thank you very much, took my husband into Watches of Whitby as he’s been wanting to go look for ages, he’s been very interested in the watches they offer for a long time. He saw a watch he really liked. Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, we had to take in the three kids and dog which was fine.
Tried on the watch, added a clasp, tried the adjustments, adjusted back again, all no problem. All staff super helpful. Definitely recommend. 5star, 10 out of 10. See you again.

I’ve just had a great online experience with Watches of Whitby! I made an enquiry about a Moonwatch which was responded to almost instantly! Upon buying the watch over their site, I received a call to confirm the transaction and discuss delivery options! The watch arrived perfectly packaged the following morning and is exactly as described on the site, in terms of condition. In fact, it’s been than described! It looks brand new!

I will definitely be purchasing from Watches of Whitby again in the future!

I’ve purchased a few watch related items from Watches of Whitby via the post without any issues before but when I saw a watch they had in stock I really fancied I decided to make the 2 hour trip down to visit them.
Immediately I felt at ease browsing with zero pressure from the very polite and knowledgeable staff working there. This place has such a friendly atmosphere and I was amazed at the flawless condition of the used watches I looked at. It wasn’t long after my coffee that we had a deal and I cannot recommend them highly enough! So thank you for the experience, If only everywhere was like this place 🙂

Excellent service from Watches of Whitby on my recent purchase of a Tudor Black Bay 58. I had been keeping an eye on their stock for a while (and missed out on a couple of occasions as their stock is very high quality) but finally managed to acquire what I’d been looking for. The watch was perfect and the service and knowledge they have is second to none.

We popped into the shop browsing a couple of months and received a warm welcome. We returned today and was given 1st class treatment whilst my fiance chose his watch. The manager remembered us from before and asked about our upcoming nuptials in Whitby, a really lovely thing to remember about us. We can highly recommend this shop, and everyone is welcome whether browsing or intending to purchase. I would happily come back!

This was our second visit to the Watches of Whitby shop in Whitby to purchase another watch. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite – we were also offered refreshments whilst waiting. We would certainly recommend this shop when looking for a quality, pre-owned watch.
