How do I enter the competition?

To enter, simply visit our website, select the luxury watch competition you’d like to join, purchase your entry ticket, and answer a skill-based question to qualify.

Is this competition legitimate?

Yes! Our competitions are run transparently and in full compliance with UK competition laws. Winners are selected using Random.org and drawn live via our Instagram page.

How is the winner chosen?

All entries are entered into a draw, and the winner is selected randomly using a third-party verified system (Random.org) to ensure fairness and transparency. All winning draw results are posted on our winners page along with the live draw link.

What happens if I win?

If you win, we will contact you via telephone. Once your identity is confirmed, we will arrange collection of the watch in-store or postal if that is more convenient.

Can I enter multiple times?

Yes, you can purchase multiple entries to increase your chances of winning, but there may be a limit on the number of entries per person per competition.

Who can enter?

You must be 18 years of age or over and a permanent resident of England, Scotland or Wales.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

If we are unable to contact a Winner within 5 days (which we may extend at out absolute and sole discretion) from the Draw taking place, or the Winner fails to respond to us or the Winner has breached these Terms, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and the Draw will be drawn again from the remaining entries in accordance with clause 5.2 and 5.3 of our terms and conditions,

Do you offer a cash alternative for your competitions?

While we do not guarantee a fixed cash alternative, if the prize is a watch we are actively seeking to stock at the time of collection, we will gladly provide an offer to purchase it back.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, all entries are final and non-refundable, as each purchase contributes to the prize fund and competition costs.

Do you ever extend your competitions?

No, we do not extend competition deadlines. The start and end dates are clearly outlined at the time of entry, including the draw date. Each competition will close at the end of the designated Promotion Period or when all tickets have been sold, whichever comes first. The Promotion Period will not be extended under any circumstances.
